Policies

  • Gibby's must have a final guest count 10 days prior to the event. Under no circumstances will the originally booked guest count be decreased more than 5% (five percent).
  • You may decorate the room the day before the event or sooner providing availability (excluding December reservations). If the day before your event is not booked, you may decorate earlier, with management approval.
  • Customer provides DJ/Live Music with our approval.
  • Tax and 15% (fifteen percent) service charge will be added to all items plus 5.5% tax on all food.
  • Customers are responsible for cake and cutter services. Cake must be provided by licensed baker.
  • * $450 deposit for rental which will be returned after event.
  • All parties of 150 guest that eat buffet. Under 150 guests room rates may apply. Call for details.
